Refund policy

Because every Fée Tigre parcel is chosen and put together by hand, all sales are final, and we can't accept returns or exchanges.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please write to us at joy@feetigre.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we'll take care of it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as possible. Once we've started choosing your parcel, we may not be able to cancel it.
