How it works
What is a Fée Tigre parcel?
A gift parcel for a baby or child, hand-picked by us around the occasion, your budget, and who it's for. Inside you'll find a mix of clothes, toys, and good things, wrapped and ready to give.
How do I order?
Tell us who you're shopping for, then answer a few quick questions: your budget, a little about the little one (a girl, a boy, or gender neutral), and whether there's an older sibling. We take it from there.
Can I choose what goes inside?
We choose every piece ourselves, so we don't send a menu of options. Tell us your budget and who it's for, and we'll put together an edit we'd be proud to give.
What does my budget cover?
Your budget covers the whole parcel, contents and gift packaging included. We'll never go over it.
Who is it for?
Newborns, big siblings, new moms, first birthdays, and everything in between. If it's a milestone for a little one, we can build a parcel for it.
Is there something for the mom?
Every New Arrival parcel has something for the mom, because she's the one who needs a little magic too. Have an older one at home? If it's important to you, let us know when you order.
What kind of pieces do you choose?
We curate from brands we love. Every parcel is an edit of pieces chosen to be used, loved, and handed on, not more stuff to be forgotten.
Can I include a note?
Every parcel comes with our card, and we're happy to add your message.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the US. Within New York City, shipping is our treat. Everywhere else, the cost is added at checkout.
How long does it take?
Every parcel is chosen by hand, and it ships within 5 business days of your order. Have a date in mind, like a baby shower or a hospital visit? Tell us when you order and we'll do our best to make it work.
Can you send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Send it to yourself to hand over in person, or straight to the new family. Just tell us which when you order.
Can I see what's inside?
Sending it to someone special? Just ask when you order, and once your parcel ships we'll send you a photo of everything inside, so you know exactly what's waiting for them.
After your order
What if something doesn't fit or isn't right?
Because each parcel is put together by hand, all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, write to us at joy@feetigre.com and we'll take care of it.
